1 / WELCOME: As soon as you arrive, know that hydro-alcoholic gel is at your disposal and that all the staff of the Hotel de Paris will take care to respect the barrier gestures towards you (wearing of the mask, distancing, regular hand washing …) And to regularly disinfect all the surfaces you touch. Wearing a mask is required within the establishment. Wearing a mask is compulsory in the common areas and in the lift.

2 / BREAKFAST: On your arrival, we will ask you to reserve breakfast if you wish. Reservations are made before 10 p.m. the night before and before 8 p.m. Sunday evening for Monday morning. For everyone's comfort and for your safety, know that the service takes place directly at your table. You can ask us the number of coffees that you wish, we are here for that. We are attached to your security, as to our own, and aware that this requires an additional effort from us which thus ensures everyone's peace of mind.

3 / ROOM KEYS: Please keep your room key throughout your stay and never leave it at reception before your departure. We do not have the human resources to disinfect everyone's keys between each return trip. Be aware, however, that between two reservations, all of our keys are thoroughly disinfected before the arrival of new customers.

4 / LONG STAYS: For stays of more than one night, we will avoid making-up the bedrooms (remaking of the beds and cleaning). Two reasons for this:

-A / On the one hand, and as you know, from the moment you hire one of our rooms, this space becomes a private space for which you alone hold the keys. Thus, to limit the entry doors of the virus into this space, we are strongly recommended by the government not to go into your room once you have entered it.

-B / On the other hand, by ecological and personal conviction, we believe that "like at home" it is not - in the majority of cases - necessary to wash and clean the private spaces from top to bottom every day. from the moment this space is used only by the same people ... Which, ecologically speaking, is a significant benefit.

If, however, you want the making-up of your room to be done anyway, we invite you to let us know and leave your towels on the floor in your room. We will be happy to change them.

5 / PAYMENT: Please vacate the room before 11:00 a.m.

6 / DISINFECTION: The 24-hour set-aside of the rooms is respected AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. During the holidays, it will be impossible for us to consider this spacing for obvious economic reasons! Thank you for your understanding.

To avoid any risk of additional contamination, we have removed trinkets, such as decorative pillows and bed runners, in all bedrooms.

7 / DOUBT: If you have the slightest doubt, do not hesitate to ask us for hydro-alcoholic gel at the reception. We also provide you with masks on sale at reception.

8 / RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING: Finally, we thank you for having carefully taken note of these few ‘rules’ which will help us to live together and to do our work as best as possible despite all the current constraints, and thus to be able to respond as best as possible to your expectations.

We are also count on the respect that you will accord to barrier gests to protect all our employees, as well as other customers.

We are aware of what this means as a sacrifice for each of us. We hope very quickly to find more natural links and very quickly see the smile of our guests.
